For who arrives in Naples by train, the nearest station is Central Station Stop of Piazza Garibaldi. It is possible to reach the Maritime Station of Calata Porta Massa choosing a trip by TAXI (their parking is in front of the train station) or taking the Metro Line 1 at the stop UNIVERSITA’ in Piazza Borsa (in front of the entrance of the port) or by bus (n°151, n°202 or by Sita Bus (at Via Marina – Duomo – Università stops), or by ALIBUS ANM bus line (Airport – Port – Central Station).
Naples Capodichino Airport is 5 km far from the Maritime Station that is reachable by TAXI or by ANM ALIBUS shuttle bus (about 35 min).
If you are travelling by car, you can reach the city of Naples going out from the highway getting into the city roads, following road signs for the port of Naples/the center of Naples on the way of Via Reggia di Portici, then Via Alessandro Volta, Via Amerigo Vespucci, Via Nuova Marina and entering in the porta at “ Varco Pisacane” (free entrance) proceeding towards boarding to Minor Islands – Capri, Ischia, Procida; or the Major Islands- Sardinia (Cagliari), Sicily (Palermo), Aeolian Islands.
Alternatively, it is allowed the direct access to the Port from Via Bausan (highway Terminal A1-A3) if you have the boarding ticket.
In the immediate vicinity of the Maritime Station there are pay parking areas and a covered garage 50 metres away. a covered garage for a fee.
